Danish Cord Weaving
Danish Cord Weaving

We love natural materials, and Danish cord is special for us as it was how we learned to weave. We made little stools for ourselves to use when gardening or just needing to crouch down. It’s also a great step stool in the kitchen for us shorties.
We like this one because it starts off like a difficult, uphill hike. But once you reach the peak, which is the first few weaves, it’s all easy going from there onwards.
You’ll work up a sweat weaving the cord, but that’s what it is all about.
Danish cord is made of recycled paper turn into long cords. These cords are incredibly strong. These stools can withstand quite a lot. they are not suitable for outdoor use.
